Becoming a personal trainer stemmed from a deep-rooted desire to merge my passion for fitness with a genuine commitment to helping others. I set up ALUTO with the intention of emphasising the relationship between physical exercise and the positive effect on wellbeing - with strong scientific evidence that being active can help you lead a healthier and happier life.
Through personal experiences and working with client's, I've witnessed how regular exercise not only strengthens the body but also nurtures the mind and soul. The importance of physical activity serves as a cornerstone for holistic health, influencing everything from mood regulation to cognitive function.
One way of training doesn't suits all clients - Face-to-face personal training and On-line personal training each offer unique benefits tailored to individual preferences, lifestyles, and goals.
For me, face-to-face personal training provides personalised attention and immediate feedback from me as a certified trainer. This in-person interaction allows me to offer real-time adjustments to form and technique, maximising the effectiveness and safety of workouts for my clients.
Additionally, the accountability and motivation provided by face-to-face sessions can be invaluable, as my clients are more likely to stay committed and push themselves further with the guidance of a supportive trainer.
In today's fast-paced world, where stress and sedentary lifestyles abound, the need for prioritising physical activity has never been more crucial. Engaging in regular exercise not only improves cardiovascular health and muscular strength but also fosters a sense of empowerment and self-confidence - not all clients have the time and ability to have face-to-face Personal Training
That is were My-Online personal training offers flexibility and convenience, making it accessible to my clients with busy schedules or geographical constraints. With My-online personal training, my clients have the freedom to work out at their own pace and on their own schedule, eliminating the need to coordinate sessions with me apart from agreed weekly/monthly check-ins.
This flexibility extends to location as well, allowing my clients to exercise from the comfort of their home, office, or even while traveling. Furthermore, My-online personal training often provides a more affordable alternative to traditional face-to-face session, making my personalised fitness coaching accessible to my clients
