Once we understand what we are working on together, it's time to show commitment for the agreed level of time (all payments for the length is in advance)

You will receive our unique onboarding process documentation to help me understand your goals, needs and outcome

We the 'Deep Dive' into your Diet Assessment to determine what nutrition advise we can offer and understand where you are currently at and where your desire Goal is

Once we understand all your needs on why you need a on-line trainer, we then set your Goals - Short, Medium & Long Term
